Come spring, many of us feel it. Allergies, congestion, heaviness. Sneezing, wheezing, foggy mornings.
In Ayurveda, these are signs of accumulated Kapha, whose primary seats are the head, chest, and respiratory tract. When this happens, we feel Kapha’s physical symptoms that weigh us down physically, and also emotionally.
Ayurveda teaches that late winter and early spring are the time to shift. We eat lighter foods with specific qualities, and follow simple seasonal rhythms to support Kapha during her most vulnerable season.
At its core, Ayurveda is preventative medicine. The Spring Reset is a practical expression of that wisdom, using food and daily routine to gently clear stagnation and restore balance.
